CoD MW2 & Warzone 2 start the first mini-event with double XP – it starts today for PlayStation players

The first small event with double XP is coming up. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 give you twice the amount of XP for 2 days – all information is available on MeinMMO.

When is the event running? The first Warzone 2 + Modern Warfare 2 Double XP event kicks off for PlayStation players tonight, November 30th. The campaign runs for a total of 48 hours:

• PlayStation Launch: 11/30/22 at 7pm
• All platforms: 12/01/22 at 7 p.m
• End of the event: 12/02/22 at 7 p.m

This means that a very short XP event is imminent. It is also still unclear what kind of double XP it is. According to the current status, it is only the account XP and not the important weapon XP.

Why are PlayStation players getting an extra day? This is part of the collaboration between Call of Duty and PlayStation. PS players enjoy some advantages over the other platforms:

As a result, Double XP events always run one day longer on PlayStation consoles. Experience has shown that it is often the first day of an XP event that is only reserved for players on Sony consoles.
