Samsung Latin America launches Smart Home interactive virtual showroom

Already Samsung’s virtual showroom for a fully connected home experience – the Samsung Smart Home – is available for Latin America. On the page you can test all Samsung devices that have remote control technology through the SmartThings application.

Located within the main page of SamsungLatin, the virtual environment is presented by SAM, Samsung’s virtual expert who invites visitors to explore space through interactive missions.

On the Samsung Smart Home page it is possible to control electronic devices such as adjusting the temperature of the air conditioning, turning on, turning off and controlling the functions of the television, combining environments with lighting in specific colors and intensities, among others. All the configurations available in the different devices that equip the rooms of the house are available for testing.

It is an opportunity for people to experience the comfort of living in a home that is fully connected through the SmartThings application,” said Arthur Wong, Samsung Marketing Director for Latin America.

Upon accessing the website, visitors will be received by SAM with a simple and quick tutorial on how to interact with the house, and a QR Code that simulates SmartThings via cell phone. All the information is available in the icons that appear on the screen of the device through which the access has been made.

In addition to the virtual experience, the platform is a channel that facilitates the journey towards a connected home in real life, since all elements of the environments are available for purchase through the menu that opens when clicking on the icon of the magnifying glass of each device.
