But what’s next for Ash? After fulfilling his dream, the curse could finally be broken and Ash could hit puberty. A Pokémon fan has now created an image that shows a possible variant of Ash in adulthood.

What does adult Ash look like? Twitter user Lhzur drew Ash as he might look in the anime after puberty. The baby fat has gone and Ash has grown in size. In the picture he can be seen sending the Pokémon Lextremo into battle:

Possibly the Pokémon anime could even go in the same direction. The episodes of the ninth generation of Pokémon, in which Pokémon Crimson & Crimson play, have not yet been officially seen on television.
