Pokémon Crimson/Crimson: The perfect place to hatch Eggs and Shinys

If you want to get your hands on Shinys in Pokémon Crimson and Crimson, you have a number of options. One of them is to hatch eggs. But you have to walk around quite a bit for this and if you want to do it, of course you are looking for the best place where it works undisturbed. Here you can get inspiration.

Hatch shinys without obstacles or distractions: Here’s how

That’s what it’s about: In the Pokémon games, there are the shiny Pokémon. These are rare, slightly differently colored versions of well-known pocket monsters. They are traditionally sought after and can not only be discovered in the wild, but also hatched.

But since Shinys are very rare, you usually have to hatch a lot of eggs to get one (or just be damn lucky). However, players like YouTuber Blaines have discovered places where hatching is a little more efficient.

The ideal place to hatch? YouTuber Blaines now explains in a video where he thinks the eggs in Pokémon Crimson and Crimson are best hatched: Outside the play area. There are several places in the open world where you can slide through the wall and under the actual world.

Then you float in a large, almost endless water area under the actual play area. There are of course neither Pokémon spawns that get in your way, nor any other obstacles such as trees, houses, mountains or the like. Accordingly, you can move around extensively in peace to hatch the eggs.

The method in single steps:

  • Grab a Pokemon like Wagong that knows Flame Body.
  • Go to the Asarilla Grotto in the southern province.
  • At the bottom of the cave there is an overhang that you should go under.
  • Climb up the right back wall and jump through the ceiling.
  • Then turn left and you can already see the gap that you have to head for.
  • Just sail down out of the play area until you land in the water.
  • You can hatch eggs to your heart’s content here without lag or similar problems.

Aren’t there better places? In the comments below the video, there is a lot of discussion as to whether there isn’t a simpler method with places that are easier to reach. Many fans are of this opinion and suggest, for example, the large circuit in Fermanca City. The area directly in front of the entrance to Zone Zero is also very popular.
