TikTok loves the viral Mirrored Delay filter or “twin filter” as some call it – here’s everything you need to know about getting the effect and using it.

How to use the double delay filter on TikTok
To use the double filter on TikTok, you will be able to easily access it through the in-app camera. Although many call it the ‘double filter’, the effect is actually called a ‘Mirrored Delay’.

Just do the following:
- Open Tik Tok.
- Click on the plus button to open the camera.
- In the lower left corner, click ‘Effects.’
- Touch the magnifying glass and then search ‘Reflected delay’.
- Click on the camera button next to the filter of the same name.
- Point the camera at yourself, and when you perform an action, your ‘twin’ should repeat it shortly after.
