We haven’t seen or heard anything about Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 since Sony announced it in September 2021, and fans can’t wait to see more of the game.

The game so far is the only first-party PlayStation title that is officially confirmed for 2023. Twitter user @Wario64 posted that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 recently appeared on the UK PlayStation Store very briefly and was available to add to the list. wish list games

That page has since been taken down, but the fact that it was around briefly has led to speculation that Sony and Insomniac might be preparing to start talking about the game soon. Recently, in fact, Twitter activity from Insomniac employees also suggested that we might receive an update to the game in the near future.

Earlier in the year, Insomniac assured fans that development on the title was progressing well and the game was still on track for a 2023 release, as previously announced.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is in development exclusively for PS5.
