Mario Strikers: Battle League Football: Latest Free Update Brings Bowser Jr. and Birdo

It looks like Nintendo won’t be releasing any more new content for Mario Strikers: Battle League Football in the future.

When announcing the latest update, the company says it’s the “last free update” for the game.

Two more new arrivals

However, the last update brings two new playable characters with Bowser Jr. and Birdo.

Bowser Jr. appears to be a fairly balanced player overall. While not the strongest character, Birdo is quite good at scoring shots.

In addition, you will also get new equipment and another stadium.

The update will be available from December 14, 2022.

Previous updates added Daisy, Shy Guy, Pauline, and Diddy Kong as playable characters.
