Bloober Team: Silent Hill developer has new publishing partner

The brand recently returned Silent Hill back on the scene with a variety of announcements. It is true that the manner in which our editorial team returned made sure of that criticism, but fans should still look forward to the upcoming projects of the iconic horror brand. Bloober Team, a Polish video game studio, takes over the development of the Silent Hill 2 Remakes. Just recently we talked about the popular 2001 original and we did it in one Video implemented. Accordingly, it is interesting that the studio behind the eagerly awaited remake now has a new publishing partner for the future.

New publishing partner for Bloober

Specifically, this is about Private Divisiona publishing label of Take Two Interactive. The label’s portfolio includes studios such as Roll7, Moon Studios and Yellow Brick Games. With Olli Olli World, The Outer Worlds or the very popular Hades, there are also some well-known titles in the ranks of Private Division. The partnership was announced to coincide with the label’s fifth birthday.

Michael Worosz, Chief Strategy Officer at Take Two Interactive and Head of Private Division, says in the press release how happy they are to have a new genre in their portfolio. You would only work with teams that are among the best in the video game industry. According to the press release, both are currently working together on one unannounced horror title.

Smaller development teams should also be supported in the future by the so-called Private Division Development Fund get supported. It remains to be seen when we will learn more about Bloober’s next project.
