WoW: Brilliant cosplayer slips into a great Legion raid set
WoW: Legion is now more than four years old, but many fans still live in their best expansion. Among other things, because of the fantastic designs for raid armor, in which many players still travel through Azeroth today. So it’s no wonder that these sets are also popular with cosplayers. So did the hobbyist siashicat, who fell in love with the Anthorus Paladin Tier 21 set!
Cosplay: Heroine in Tier 21 set for Paladins from WoW
The artist has been working on this outfit since August 2022, which also uses LEDs that ensure that the blue crystals in the paladin armor glow (can only be guessed at in the photo in daylight). She’s just not a fan of the original chestplate and helmet designs, so she’s taken “artistic liberties.”
What is this cosplay made of? In the comments to her post on Reddit, the maker explains that the armor itself is made out of EVA foam. The jewels on the armor are made of synthetic resin, the breastplate is made of Worbla and the Ashbringer sword is made of polyactide filament.
The cosplayer has several favorite classes, with Paladin actually only being mentioned in third place – her main is an owl, after which Frost Mage likes to play. That’s why siashicat wants this as the next project Frostfire Set for Mages button, which represents the Tier 3 set – so a real classic! Which animal set is your favorite?
