Indiana Jones 5 must not be brutal, says the director
At the June 29, 2023 actor Harrison Ford returns as the protagonist once again in Indiana Jones and the Call of Fate. For directing the fifth film James Mangold responsible, the last among others logan has contributed. However, the director will not be of the gloomy atmosphere of the X-Men finale. In an interview, James Mangold revealed the approach he chose for the next chapter of Indiana Jones.
Film remains true to its origins
The director wants the concept of Indy don’t turn inside out: “I’m under no illusions – it’s not my job to suddenly take the humor out of an Indiana Jones film and turn it into some dirge song.” Mangold also says: “We’re trying to balance an accurate and realistic appreciation of where that character would be at that point in his life […] and at the same time we want to show what the title of our film promises.”
Fans can look forward to a real Indiana Jones film again in June 2023. Also includes “Klamauk and a wonderful adventure with action, escapes […] and ingenious solutions to diabolical problems” like the filmmaker in an interview with Entertainment Weekly told.

Was the ending filmed again?
James Mangold has contacted via Twitter also commented on the rumors that there appears to be a new ending to the film that they plan to shoot shortly. But these claims should not right. According to the director, part 5 is already closed 99% completed. In addition to Harrison Ford, the cast will include Phoebe Waller-Bridge, John Rhys-Davies, Mads Mikkelsen and German Thomas Kretschmann.
