Len’s Island on Steam: Tropical Survival Game Adds Sailing Gameplay
The tropical survival game Len’s Island has been in Early Access for quite some time. A new update has now been released for the title, which expands the basic game with an archipelago including sailing gameplay.
In Len’s Island, players will find themselves on sunny coasts, on tropical islands and in a dangerous survival adventure. It is in Early Access on Steam and has recently received a new major expansion, Uncharted Waters, which adds new island biomes and sailing boats to the game to explore.

Len’s Island: Update “Uncharted Waters” turns the survival game inside out
With the new update “Uncharted Waters” for Len’s Island, after surviving on a desert island, the player can now build boats to explore the maritime world around the island of origin. The game procedurally generates an archipelago. So the player can go on an island exploration tour again and again and track down new islands. These islands may contain ancient ruins to explore while the player solves jumping puzzles or switch puzzles in the dusty island dungeons. When fighting monsters in the tombs, the update has added a skill-based combat system and character upgrades.
However, the “Uncharted Waters” update also overhauls base building and farming and adds an NPC village. The player can then expand and manage this village – similar to his own construction projects – until the grateful NPCs will then trade with the player in return. The Uncharted Waters update is available now to all Len’s Island owners. In fact, the base game is also 40 percent off on Steam until December 22 (purchase price around 13 euros), so now is a good time to check out the game.
