Twitch streamer MontanaBlack posts a video on TikTok, shortly thereafter his account with 2.6 million followers is gone

Marcel “MontanaBlack” Eris (34) is one of the biggest streamers on the German-speaking Twitch. He also runs accounts in most of the popular social media. Now his TikTok channel with over 2.6 million followers suddenly disappeared.

If you are currently visiting MontanaBlack’s TikTok account, instead of short clips from the streamer, you will only find an indication that this account has been blocked and is no longer available. All videos are gone.

MontanaBlack fans are puzzled as to what may have caused the sudden ban and are trying to save his latest video for posterity.

Not much is known about the video as it has been removed from the streamer’s account like everyone else. It was said to have been “legendary” though (via Twitter).

However, there are some clues as to what is said to have been seen in the video. A user already fears that MontanaBlack might have made racist or sexist comments, but the real reason seems to be much more absurd.

What did you see? Apparently it was just a funny clip of MontanaBlack jumping around. But that should probably not have expired so completely youth-free. One user writes that she had to click away immediately when she saw it (via Twitter).

We have included a sample of MontanaBlack’s hopping around here. The lost video could have looked something like this. It is unclear whether we will see the original again.

MontanaBlack has yet to comment on the matter. It is also sure whether the ban is temporary or permanent.

If you try to open one of MontanaBlack’s videos on TikTok, you get a message that it is “currently unavailable”. That could at least be a hint that MontanaBlack will be back on TikTok soon.

MontanaBlack isn’t too active on Twitch at the moment. Instead of regular streams, he tends to plan larger events. In December he got his first show on the Joyn platform, with which Jens “Knossi” Knossala and Max “Trymacs” Stemmler also worked. However, the grand finale of the live event was overshadowed by an accident.
