Xbox Game Pass: Subscriptions and hours streamed hit new highs

In the second quarter of fiscal 2023, Xbox Game Pass hit new highs in subscribers and game hours streamed.

In its report for the second quarter of the current fiscal year 2023, Microsoft also provided information on the Xbox Game Pass in addition to the PC and Windows business.

However, Microsoft did not provide any new information on how many have subscribed to the Xbox or PC Game Pass.

Last year, 25 million subscribers were mentioned. However, Xbox boss Phil Spencer said in October that growth with this business would slow down. It was said at the time that almost every player who was interested in the service had been reached.

And so, in Nadella’s report, Microsoft only says that they have “new highs for [Xbox] Game Pass subscriptions, game streaming hours, and monthly active devices achieved.”
