Lian-Li O11 Dynamic Evo: Project from the PCGH forum becomes a YouTube success

from Thilo Bayer
In the PCGH Extreme forum, PCGHX user Richu006 shows his diary of a Lian-Li O11 Dynamic Evo, which has become a YouTube hit. Richu006 combines a Geforce RTX 4090 Strix with a Core i9-13900K.

The diary for the Lian-Li O11 Dynamic Evo started at the end of October 2022 in the PCGH Extreme forum. The project is now complete.

Diary project completed

Richu006 writes himself that the Lian-Li O11 Dynamic Evo is a bit boring, but he thinks the case is “simply chic”. An MSI MPG Z790 Carbon, a Geforce RTX 4090 Strix and a Core i9-13900K are installed, a custom water cooling should refine the whole thing in terms of cooling technology. At the beginning of the project, the planned water block for the graphics card was not there. The special touch is to be created by engravings on the radiator, using a CO₂ laser. Ultimately, however, he did not engrave the radiator himself, but used a separate laser engraving material.

In November, Richu006 was able to test its components on a test setup. The PCGHX user would like to dissipate the resulting waste heat with an external MoRA radiator. This should also allow the high waste heat of the graphics card to be dissipated, from which RAM, voltage converters and more should benefit. The case fans then run at minimum speed and the hardware inside also gets significantly less dust, according to the diary creator.

Richu006 also recorded the assembly of the PC build in a YouTube video and some pictures in the forum. The project is now complete and the video has more than 200,000 views on YouTube. You can find some photos in the gallery, you can get the rest in the Diary thread on PCGH Extreme.
