Diablo 3: Season 28 and Season Journey – Guide with all information!

It’s that time again: Im Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls Patch 2.7.5 we will soon continue with the next ladder season. This season brings the Rites of Sanctuary, where you journey deep into the Festering Woods to investigate the ominous Altar of Rites. Since some things are changing again this season, we will present the most important things to you in the following guide. Have fun and big loot in season 28!

Start and duration of the 28th season in Diablo 3

The 28th season will be Late February/early March 2023 start – the exact date is still pending. The corresponding patch 2.7.5 will be released shortly before. Unlike seasons, non-seasonal leaderboards are tied to something called “eras,” each lasting approximately 6 to 12 months. For more information on the Eras, see this blog post.

In the 28th season, Rites of Sanctuary, it goes deep into the mysterious ruins of the Festering Woods. In the midst of a hunting expedition, citizens of New Tristram stumbled upon an ominous altar carved from an archaic material with cryptic markings. Struck to the core by the monolith’s eerie smell, they enlist the help of brave nephalem willing to investigate this sinister discovery once left to time – the Altar of Rites. The structure of the seasons in Diablo 3

• The seasons and season journey have been completely restructured with Reaper of Souls Patch 2.4.x and include no exclusive seasonal Legendaries more.
• Completing certain Season Journey tasks has been granting since Patch 2.4 an additional rider in the loot chest.
• Season Journey rewards include Haedrig’s gift, a special pack of set items. Completing stages 2, 3, and 4 of the Season Journey will reward you with one of these pouches, each containing two or more pieces from one of your class sets. These gifts will be sent to you via in-game mail.
• The following class sets from Haedrig’s Gift will be available in Season 28:
• Since season 5, the exclusive rewards only cosmetic. For Season 28 it will be in addition to Helm and Shoulders of the Conqueror’s Exclusive Set a series of portrait frame give that thematically related to the topic Adventure calls are settled.

The reincarnation (rebirth) of heroes for new seasons in Diablo 3

As of Season 5, you can take any non-Seasonal character and instantly convert it to a Seasonal character. All gear and inventory items owned by your character will be confiscated and sent to your non-seasonal account. In addition, your character will be reset to level 1 for the start of the new season. Furthermore, achievements such as achievements, crafting recipes, artisan levels, or previously unlocked slots in the stash will be left behind as part of your season progression. Only your personal records, the character name or the time played will be continued in the new season.

The following rules apply to reincarnation:

• Gear shipped to your non-seasonal accounts must be picked up within 30 days!
• You can only revive up to three characters per season.
• Fallen hardcore characters cannot use revive.

Requirements for obtaining another Horseman in the Diablo 3 Loot Chest

If you have played diligently in recent seasons and won the title every time during the season trips conqueror reached, then you have now secured a few additional stash slots. Players who have not total five Chest Tabs earned through the Season Journeys can unlock another tab by completing the following Conqueror Stage tasks:

• Complete a level 70 Rift of Torment XIII in under 5 minutes.
• Complete a level 60 Greater Rift in solo play.
• kills [Boss 1] on Torment XIII.
• kills [Boss 2] from level 70 to Torment XIII in under 90 seconds.
• Reforge a legendary or set item.
• Enhances an ancient item with a level 50 or higher legendary gem.
• Upgrade three legendary gems to level 55.
• Complete two achievements.
