EA delays Star Wars: Jedi Survivor until April 28

Star Wars Jedi Survivor delayed GamersRD

After a long period of silence, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was fully revealed in December, teasing the next adventure Cal Kestis and BD-1 will embark on.

During the announcement you could see everything new that comes with the game and later what we all wanted to know, the release date where Respawn Entertainment originally pointed to March 2023.

However, a recent announcement from the development team has unfortunately confirmed the delay of the game. The delay was announced in an official tweet from EA and Respawn Entertainment, as the studio focuses on bug fixes to improve performance, stability, polish, and player experience.

Delays are common in the industry and while it seems to be more common than ever, a delay usually leads to a better final product. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order took the industry by storm when it released in 2019, and much of the fan response has been encouraging, as players support the decision to delay the final product for a better experience.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be released on April 28, 2023 for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S.
