In February 2023 there are currently four active promo codes:

If you have already used the codes, you cannot get the gifts a second time.

Note: If you have Amazon Prime Gaming, you can pick up the following drop and redeem a code with these rewards:

• 60x primordial rock, 8x a hero’s wisdom, 5x stewed ham with crab vegetables

How to redeem promo codes

There are two ways you can redeem the codes. First, you can go directly to the Genshin Impact official website and claim your gifts through the Redeem Code page.

How to redeem promo codes in game? To get the in-game rewards, do the following:

• Step 1: Go to Settings
• Step 2: Click on Account
• Step 3: Go to the voucher code on “Redeem now”
• Step 4: Enter the promo code in the field and then click “Redeem”

A message will appear that the coupon code has been redeemed successfully. You can then collect your reward in your mailbox.

Even if you have already used the codes, you will first receive a message that the coupon code has been applied successfully. In this case, however, you will not receive a reward in your mailbox, only a note that you have already redeemed the code.
