Turtle Beach’s VelocityOne Flight is their best-selling flight simulation controller

Gaming accessories maker Turtle Beach today announced that its VelocityOne Flight Universal Control System has captured the largest market share in the flight simulation controller segment by 2022.

Turtle Beach’s “Designed for Xbox” VelocityOne Flight was the top-selling flight sim controller in the US in 2022, according to data from the NPD Group, which tracks retail product sales by the US gaming industry. In addition, according to data from GfK Entertainment, the control system was the best-selling joystick in the UK (in terms of sales).

The VelocityOne Flight was first presented at E3 in 2021 and received several “Best of Show” awards there. The early praise for the controller drew top reviews and more awards after its launch in November 2021. At the time, the VelocityOne Flight was one of Turtle Beach’s most pre-ordered products.
