On the night of February 3, 2023, hotfixes for WoW: Dragonflight were applied again. Like Community Manager Sanq in the official US WoW forum announced there are minor adjustments for the Druid, Caller, and Monk. In addition, the developers point out in these official hotfixes that there is now a merchant in Valdrakken, Rabul, through which you Send Primeval Chaos to alternate characters can.
According to the developers, the disadvantage for exchanging Primeval Chaos has been added. It is still believed that the best way to equip a character is to play the character. In addition to the three changes for druids, callers and monks, there are also two changes for the PvP area. Below you will find the patch notes we translated.

Rabul of the Crafting Consortium now sells Satchel of Coalescing Chaos. The pouch is filled with Primeval Chaos and is account bound. For the cost of 80 Primeval Chaos, you get 60 Primeval Chaos from the pouch.
°Developer note: We’ve heard the feedback and agree with players that players have excess Primeval Chaos piled up on their main characters, while their secondary characters need all the Primeval Chaos they can get. Some of the Primeval Chaos will be lost in the transaction. This is because we want to make sure that while a main character has a good way to help an alt, the best way to outfit a character is to play that character. Nonetheless, this should be an additional use for your Primeval Chaos and a good way to quickly equip your alts with powerful gear.
