The Last of Us: Who are Henry and Sam in the series?
During the fourth episode of the HBO-Series The Last of Us two names come up quite frequently: Henry and Sam. The Rebel leader Kathleen seems to be particularly interested in the two of them. But why? And who are Henry and Sam anyway?

In Kansas City, the self-proclaimed Hunter the military dictatorship FEDRA overthrown, only to lead a strict regime himself afterwards. become invaders and traitors cleared for firing without hesitation.
So the hunters not only hunt for Joel and Ellie, but also for Henry and Sam. Upon interrogation with a doctor, it turns out that Betrayed Henry Kathleen’s brother to FEDRA supposed to have killed him.
Seeking revenge, Kathleen will do whatever it takes to find Henry. She is even hiding a lot greater danger lurking beneath the earth. But who are they looking for?
Who are Henry and Sam in The Last of Us game and series?
In the video game, Henry and his younger brother Sam are two survivors who joined a group to look for supplies in Pittsburgh. There they were attacked by the Hunters, but managed to escape.
On their escape, they meet Joel and Ellie. After an argument, the two groups join forces and get by together from now on. However, Sam is bitten by an infected and attacks Ellie, causing the tragic end of the two brothers is brought in.
In the series it seems to behave a little differently. Henry (Lamar Johnson – known from “The Hate U Give”) and Sam (Keivonn Woodard) were apparently already in Kansas City at the time of FEDRA (not like in the Pittsburgh game), which emerges from the Doctor’s interrogation.
Meeting Joel and Ellie is also different here. Henry and Sam surprise Joel and Ellie in their sleep and threaten them with weapons. While in game one hand-to-hand wrangling breaks out when Joel enters the building where the brothers are staying through a window.
Whether the further course of the series will be similar to the game again, will be upcoming episodes show. Since the Hunter here, however, a different status and a history get, will probably also the storyline about Henry and Sam one or the other new twist take.
