CoD Warzone 2 Resurgence: The best Ashika Island landing spots and what they are good for

Ashika Island: Season 2 lets you jump over a whole new map.

Where to drop on Ashika Island? We have a few suggestions for Warzone’s Resurgence mode.

Ashika Island is finally here to explore and try. The new map brings back the popular Resurgence mode in Warzone 2 and is significantly smaller than the large BR map Al-Mazrah. Nevertheless, the question naturally arises as to where it is best to jump off or go. We have a few ideas that offer something for all tastes.

Ashika Island: When to jump over the castle in the middle

This is the spot: Ashika Island offers a veritable playground with the Japanese castle in the middle of the map. The building complex covers a large area and boasts towers and other multi-storey houses. But he can also be attacked from all sides.

do you like it hot? If you are a big Hot Drop fan and are looking for a lot of action as quickly as possible, you should land at the castle. You are guaranteed not to be alone and can immediately thin out the enemy field, collect kills and loot. Speaking of:

Lots of loot! If you want a lot of good loot and similar weapons quickly, the castle on Ashika Island is also an excellent landing place. However, you have to fight for the loot here with the hardest. If you survive, you are certainly well equipped after the initial chaos.

Ashika Island Residential: Why you should jump in the residential area

This is the spot: The Residential Area is located northeast of the Ashika Island map. This means that it is slightly less exposed than the middle. Of course, you always have to expect to be attacked from the water. There are many, smaller and quite well distributed houses.

Less stress: If you don’t feel like getting involved in hot firefights as soon as you land, this area might be better for you. At least the chances are not bad that you can initially loot a little more relaxed and in peace.

Also good loot: Again, you shouldn’t have any trouble finding good gear and weapons.

Resurgence in Warzone 2: when to land in Port Ashika

This is the spot: Port Ashika is on the southern edge of the map. This means that you don’t have to worry as much about being attacked from all sides. Nevertheless, the danger may be lurking in the water here too.

Really a lot of water: The harbor is good for you if you are looking to explore the underground waterways including the secret bunker, for example. There are also a lot of (water) vehicles here, with which you can rotate away quickly and easily when the time comes.

Glowing Loot: Port Ashika itself already offers a lot of good loot, but there is a lot more of it in the waterways and in the bunker – especially really good stuff. So if you want to get some good loot under or on the water and under the ground, you should maybe land at the port.
