Venom DLC for Marvel’s Midnight Suns Coming February 23; 40% off select platforms + Trial Available Now!

2K and Marvel Entertainment have a new Trailer on Redemption, the second post-launch DLC for Marvel’s Midnight Suns. He brings the monstrous Venom!

Each of the DLCs, available separately or as part of the Marvel’s Midnight Suns Season Pass (included with the Legendary Edition), each feature a new recruitable hero, three new story missions and a new Abbey upgrade, as well as a selection of new ones Hero skins and outfits.

Once you have recruited a hero, they are permanently added to the team and can be sent on missions. Players can customize heroes’ abilities and grow in-game friendships outside of battles.

In Redemption, Venom – the deadly union of Eddie Brock and an alien symbiote – joins the Midnight Suns on February 23rd as a recruitable hero to right the wrongs he made under Lilith’s demonic influence. He brings with him an insatiable appetite for chewed up villains. Redemption includes three new story missions that continue the story after the first DLC where vampires threatened New York City.

Players can build Venom’s unique Whisper Web research project, expanding the tactical options of the intelligence resource.

Regardless, for anyone interested in trying out the first few hours of the game, there’s the Marvel’s Midnight Suns Game Trial. It is available to all players on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation Plus Premium players on PlayStation 5. To select this trial, simply go to the console’s Marvel’s Midnight Suns Store page and select the appropriate option.

Players who initiate the Game Trial will begin a three-hour trial period on Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation Plus Premium players will begin a two-hour trial period on PlayStation 5. The time limit will run whenever the game is running, at the end of the time limit you will be given the option to open the game’s store page.

PC players also have the opportunity to try Marvel’s Midnight Suns (Standard Edition) for free as part of the All-Access weekend, which runs from Thursday 16th February 19:00 CET until Sunday 19th February 18:59 CET . In order to continue playing after the All-Access weekend, the game must be purchased.

Progress and purchases made during the Game Trials and All Access Weekend carry over to the full game upon purchase.
