Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: It’s Over – Ending Support
Out and over: Ubisoft has the final update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla published. The publisher had already announced last year after this patch discontinue official support for the game. The last content update was released last December. We’ll tell you what here in the update 1.7.0 and what changes are waiting for you.
All of this is included in update 1.7.0
For the final update of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (buy now €39.99 / €53.99 ) the developers had planned to eliminate as many of the remaining bugs as possible. This includes, among other things, an error that could lead to the recently acquired items not appear in inventory. This shouldn’t happen again in the future. Also a few Bugs related to the Armory and weekly free items are now a thing of the past. The full patch notes for update 1.7.0 give you an overview of the changes.
River Raids
- The Captain at Katzenelnbogen isn’t counted when the kill is confirmed.
World
- Resolved most of the rare instances where Light-Fingered skill prevented the pickup of key items.
- Eivor’s hair can clip through the hood after completing an Animus Anomaly.
Armory & Inventory
- Previously purchased items are missing from player inventory.
- The Raven Clan Crew outfit cannot be enhanced or upgraded to a higher quality.
- The total number of Opals in the inventory doesn’t update when picking up an Opal in the world.
Miscellaneous
- Resolved the error that occurs when trying to claim the Weekly Free Item.
- Gear packs still appear in the store when the content of the pack is already owned.
- Items incorrectly appear as owned in some situations.
- Korean language cannot be applied via Steam Language tab.
- It is possible to lose Helix Credits when purchasing the Twilight Set if 5/5 pieces of gear are already owned.
- Issues with pricing of Helix Store items when redeeming pieces of a full set.
- On Xbox, when buying Helix Credits through the store, they are not correctly added to the player inventory.
- In-game pop-ups no longer appear for Shared History and The Last Chapter when launching into the game.
What’s next for Assassin’s Creed?
The next game in the popular series, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, is currently in development. It should during this year appear, current rumors assume a release in August 2023. The story is in Baghdad in the year 861 settled and lets you slip into the role of Basim, who is already known from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
