Diablo 4: Open Beta in March // Intro Cinematic Released - News

This content would not be financially viable without the premium users. But we urgently need more supporters: You can help too!

Blizzard has the dates for the open beta phases of the upcoming diablo 4 announced. So there should currently be two of them and be available for all platforms for which the game is released. Over the weekend of March 17-19, all pre-orderers and those who have received an early access code can already get a taste of the title. The open beta phase, open to anyone interested, will take place the following weekend from March 24th to 26th.

However, not the entire game, but only the prologue and the first act will be playable and your characters can reach a maximum of level 25. Which characters will be playable and whether your progress can be carried over into the finished game is not known at this point in time.

The manufacturer points out that the game is still under development and that there may be performance drops and failures. Also, you might come across things that just don’t work or don’t work yet. After the open beta is complete, all feedback will be evaluated and changes will be made where necessary.

As a little foretaste, part of the in-game intro sequence has already been published, which you can see under this news. Diablo 4 will be released on June 6th for PC, Playstation 4 and 5, as well as for Xbox One and Series S|X.
