Dead Island 2 brings bloodlust to Bel Air: 14 minutes of new gameplay
Deep Silver released 14 minutes of new Dead Island 2 gameplay.
In the video seen below, the action at the beginning of the game takes place in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles. It features Dani, one of six fully customizable characters that players can choose from. Dani is suited to an agile fighting style and is tasked with getting to the Halperin Hotel.

In the environment, Dani will encounter standard zombies (walkers, shamblers, runners), variants (grenadier walkers), and apex (hyper-mutated zombies), each with unique powers and behaviors.
To take them out, you can draw on a variety of weapons, each with a unique combat style and numerous upgrade opportunities.
