Sons of the Forest breaks records on Steam
Fans of survival games on the PC gaming platform Steam apparently have a new favourite: The optically opulent “Sons of the Forest”, which has just started its early access beta, has reached the top of the sales charts a few days after its release set.
In “Sons of the Forest” players find themselves on a mysterious island where nothing is as it seems in search of a missing billionaire. In the extensive game world it is important to collect helpful materials, build bases, take care of food and weapons – and defend yourself against the horrors that lurk in the forests of the island. Cannibals, Demons, Mutants There, cannibals, demons and mutants are targeting the player. In addition to survival, a good pinch of horror is also part of the game concept. To give yourself an advantage, you can experience “Sons of the Forest” in co-op mode, the developers present the multiplayer experience in more detail in the trailer above. “Sons of the Forest” has been available on Steam for a few days and costs 29 Euro. It is still an unfinished Early Access variant, so players still have to expect bugs. A console version has not yet been announced.
