EA SPORTS has postponed the golf game EA SPORTS PGA TOUR: Road to the Masters to April 2023.

EA SPORTS PGA TOUR: Road to the Masters will not be released in March as planned, but has been postponed to April 7, 2023 by Electronic Arts. The Early Access phase starts on April 4th. The developers sent the following message to all fans:

“Hello golf fans, we have an update on EA SPORTS PGA TOUR.”

“EA SPORTS PGA TOUR will now be released the week of the Masters tournament, with an Early Access release on Tuesday April 4th and a worldwide release on Friday April 7th. Our goal was to create an authentic golfing experience and this small shift in the release date allows us to add finishing touches to the game that we’re really looking forward to, including updating some popular golf courses to the 2023 design.”

“Over the last few months we’ve shown off all the great content we’ve packed into EA SPORTS PGA TOUR – the exclusive home of all four men’s majors – and we have a few more details to reveal over the coming weeks. If you haven’t already, check out the gameplay videos, including the all-new Pure Strike striking system and the 30 favorite spots that will be available at launch. The closer we get to the release, the more we will report. So stay tuned to @EASPORTSPGATOUR on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.”
