User finds physical copies of "PlayStation Exclusive" Forspoken in garbage dump

Forspoken the PlayStation exclusive game and developed by Luminous Productions and published by Square Enix was also released for PC, this has not been one of the Sony exclusive games that we are used to knowing.

In our review: “Forspoken is definitely uninteresting, with unpolished graphics, very plain textures, and an open world with very few colors and giving us the impression that everything is very gloomy. Its rather simple and predictable story definitely does not impress us, perhaps because it is the typical story that we have seen and played dozens of times. Definitely the most salvageable thing about this game is its gameplay, which despite being quite simple, keeps us hooked and makes the game somewhat tolerable.“.

On Metacritic it has a score of 64 on PS5 and 63 on PC by critics, users on that platform have criticized the game as a disaster. Currently, according to SteamDBForspoken only has 163 players playing the game right now and a 24 hour peak of only 213 and this leaves a lot to be desired.

However, the Twitter user @NikoMueller shared a video clip revealing boxes of Forspoken’s SteelBook edition lying in the trash. I don’t really know if these boxes have the copy of the game, but it is worth noting that it is very rare that a SteelBook comes without the game, sometimes companies release an empty SteelBook version of the game for collectors. Despite rejection from many players, Forspoken is still priced at $69.99.
