Lucky guy in the district of Soest clears 1.1 million euros

A player from North Rhine-Westphalia became a millionaire in the Eurojackpot lottery draw last Tuesday. The still unknown player from the district of Soest was the only one to win class 2.

The winning numbers 9, 16, 32, 34, 48 and the Euro numbers 2 and 6 were determined in the Eurojackpot draw on March 14 in Helsinki. An anonymous player from the district of Soest correctly predicted five numbers and one of the two euro numbers. He was the only one who landed a hit in the second prize category and now receives the entire prize money that is distributed in second place. It makes the player a millionaire: 1,117,249.40 euros are paid out by WestLotto.

The player chose his ticks himself and handed in the lottery ticket at a collection point. With nine completed Eurojackpot rows, which corresponds to a full lottery ticket, the new millionaire also takes part in the Eurojackpot draw on March 17th. The WestLotto customer also chose to participate in the additional lotteries Spiel 77 and SUPER 6. Thus, further profits are possible in the coming days. The stake for this weekly ticket is 44.50 euros.

In Tuesday’s draw, five other high winners, one of them from North Rhine-Westphalia, also had reason to be happy. The players from the Cologne area, Denmark, the Netherlands, Sweden and Spain will each receive 126,015.30 euros.

The top rank at Eurojackpot was not hit again and rises to around 48 million euros. The seventh drawing of the current jackpot period will follow next Friday, March 17th. Bets can be picked up at all WestLotto acceptance points or at www.westlotto.de be given.
