PS Plus: First “free” game for PS5 & PS4 in April 2023 already known
Sony names the first “Free” game for PS Plus in April 2023. In a current Blog entry the publisher announces that the upcoming shooter Meet Your Maker in the new line-up for Playstation Plus. The title will appear on 4. April – and is therefore available punctually on the release day via Sony’s online service. Meet Your Maker is a first-person post-apocalyptic building and heist game. The title relies on user-generated content: each level is designed by the players. You play either alone or together with friends to build deadly outposts with traps and guards. You are looking for equipment to raid other players’ structures.
First inclusive game on PS Plus in April 2023
Meet Your Maker is coming to PS5 and PS4. Which “Free” games on PS Plus in April 2023 are also included has not yet been determined. Expect the full line-up to be announced on March 29th. You start the downloads a week later, on April 4th. You then have one month to link the “free” games on PS Plus to your account. Once you have done that, you can keep and play the games permanently within an active membership.
You need a PS Plus subscription to get access. Annual membership is available for around 60 euros. Until the April games are unlocked, you can still get the inclusive titles that Sony distributed to PS Plus users in March 2023: Battlefield 2042 (PS5, PS4), Code Vein (PS4) and Minecraft Dungeons (PS4). The games were released on March 7, 2023.
