Here’s when you’ll be able to fight the first world boss in the Diablo 4 beta.

From 17th to 19th March during Early Access for pre-orders and a week later in Open Beta, we can finally see for ourselves if Blizzard is on the right track with Diablo 4. Not only can we see what the hack ‘n slay is good for in single player and co-op, we also get a first glimpse of the MMO aspect of the game, which also includes the world bosses.

What are world bosses? These are timed events (raids) within the open world in which we have to defeat a particularly strong hell demon with other warriors. Among other things, a rare item beckons as a loot, with which we can add new sockets to our armor.

The world boss dates for the Diablo 4 beta

Blizzard has now announced when we can face the first and only world boss in the beta, Ashava the Pestilent. Here you can see the German times for the raid:

Saturday March 18 (Early Access)

Sunday March 19 (Early Access)

Saturday, March 25th (Open Beta)

Sunday, March 26th (Open Beta)

We have summarized all information about Early Access and the Open Beta for you in the following article:

Where can I find Ashia, the first world boss?

Raids against world bosses always take place in a specific area within the open world. Ashiva can be found in the area Shattered Peak, near the Crucible. If you reach the place, you should see several fellow combatants who want to face the fight with you.

Can I kill Ashiva solo?

In addition to the PVP, the world bosses are part of the content in Diablo 4, which according to Blizzard can only be played in multiplayer. The reason for this: Ashiva is one of the most powerful demons in the game, against which you have no chance without the help of other players. If you want to know in general how you experience Diablo 4 in single player, you can find the information under the link.

More Diablo 4? This way:

diablo 4 will be released on June 6th for PS4, PS5, Xbox consoles and PC. Beforehand you will find a detailed test on GamePro, which will tell you how cool the hack ‘n slash is in single player and also how much fun we had with the MMO aspect and the co-op.

Do you take the world bosses with you or are the raids part of the content that you ignore as a solo player?
