Nintendo Switch Online: Four more games released – News
Nintendo has released four new Gameboy, NES and SNES games for its online service. Subscribers to the standard package (€19.99/year) can find these in the apps for Gameboy, NES and SNES games.
Kirby’s Dreamland 2 (Game Boy) was released in the US and Japan in 1994 and in Europe in 1995. Unlike in the first Dream Land part, Kirby now has the power to copy abilities of his opponents. In addition, the animal companions Rick, Kine and Coo help him in his adventure.
BurgerTime Deluxe (Game Boy) is a well done remake of the arcade original from 1982. It offers slightly better gameplay and nice level designs compared to the original. The aim of the game is to assemble burgers by walking over the individual parts of the burger. You have to dodge the numerous enemies.
Side pocket (SNES) was a series of pool games in the 80’s and early 90’s. The SNES version is one of the more interesting representatives of the SNES game library, as there are numerous trick-shooting levels in addition to 9-ball.
Xevious (NES) was released in Japan in 1984 and is therefore one of the early representatives in the NES game library. A simple shoot-em-up with a very interesting level design – for that time, of course. Due to the technical limitations, the NES turned out not to be optimal for the genre during the following years.
