Shiny Meltan is back!

The little Mysterious Steel-type Pokémon Meltan is bouncing its way into the spotlight, and it’s been a long time since it’s back in its Shiny variant! However, Meltan does not appear in the wild easily. To encounter Meltan, you must transfer a Pokémon from Pokémon GO to Pokémon HOME (app) or to the Nintendo Switch games “Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu!” or “Pokémon Let’s Go, Eevee!” transfer.

Once you have done that, you will receive the Miracle Box item in Pokémon GO. You can then open the miracle box and Meltan will appear in your immediate vicinity for a whole hour. The Wunderbox behaves like the Smoke item, with the difference that you don’t have to move for Meltan and the Pokémon also appears much more frequently than Pokémon that are attracted to smoke. In addition, the miracle box is not consumed when used.

Vegimak, Grillmak and Sodamak appear all over the world!

The Pokémon Vegimak, Grillmak and Sodamak have a special feature: the monkey Pokémon only appear on certain continents, so they are regionals. While Grillmak can be found in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India, Vegimak can only be found in Asia and the Pacific, while Sodamak covers America and Greenland.

Luckily, you don’t have to travel all over the world to further complete your PokéDex, as events always give you a chance to catch regional Pokémon. The Pokémon Vegimak, Grillmak, and Sodamak might even show up in their dazzling variants!
