Anno 1800 Console Edition: Launch Trailer Celebrates Free Game Week

Anno 1800 is available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X. Until March 23rd, players can play Anno 1800 for free on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X.

Ubisoft announces that for the first time in 25 years, an Anno main game will be coming to consoles. Players can now play the Anno 1800 Console Edition on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X. On this occasion, the game can also be tried out free of charge on all platforms until March 23 as part of a Free Week.

​Anno 1800 is a city-building and strategy game developed by Ubisoft Mainz, in which players can put their leadership skills to the test: gigantic metropolises have to be built, efficient and profitable logistics networks have to be built, an exotic new continent has to be colonized, expeditions all over the world have to be undertaken to do business and dominate opponents diplomatically, economically or militarily.

The Anno 1800 Console Edition offers players the fullest and most modern Anno experience with a redesigned user interface and controls that will be supported by the next generation of consoles.

During the free week, running until March 23 on Ubisoft Connect, the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X, players will be able to enjoy all of the Anno 1800 base game content. Also, their progress carries over if they decide to purchase the game.

​The Standard Edition of Anno 1800 Console Edition includes the base game and major game updates. The Deluxe Edition includes the base game, major game updates, and three cosmetic packs.
