EA Sports FC: FIFA’s new ‘e-game’ aims to be the best ‘for all girls and boys’

FIFA wants to release a series of new football games that are also said to be better than Electronic Arts.

At least that’s the plan. Or the claim. Whatever you want to call it.

What do we know so far?

As has been known for the past year, FIFA 23 was the last EA football game to appear under that name. The reason for this is an expiring license, the continuation of which was too expensive for EA.

Following his re-election as FIFA President, Gianni Infantino has indicated that a rival will be brought out who he says will set new standards.

At least that is what can be inferred from his victory speech after the re-election, reports The Times’ sports reporter Martyn Ziegler.

“The new FIFA game – FIFA 25, 26, 27 and so on – will always be the best e-game for all girls and boys,” he quotes Infantino as saying.

According to him, there should be more news about this “very soon”.
