Fortnitemares 2021 is here! We don’t want you to freak out with all the candy that comes to Fortnite, so here is a guide on what to expect.
Have you checked your fortune lately? Throughout Fortnitemares 2021, fortune telling cards will reveal which legendary and classic monsters Fortnite characters (with Halloween twists) will make their way into the Item Shop.
As a special surprise, the cards will reveal two iconic creatures at this time. These two creatures are Frankenstein monster and The Mummy, part of the new Universal monsters set! Don’t be scared when you see The Mummy prowling the Island later in the month, he’s just looking for his way back home to the Underworld. To stay up-to-date with these card reveals, follow with Fortnitesocial channels and the evolving page of Fortnitewebsite.
Remember, you don’t have to wait and let your cards decide your future. From now on, you can jump into Halloween-themed maps, games, and experiences, all created by the community as part of Fortnitemares Callout. These exciting experiences can be found in the “Fortnitemares” section of the playlist menu.
Moving cubes
The Cubes are mobilizing for the next step in their plan. Later in the month, they will intensify their dominance of the island. But cheer up! Strengthen your resolve with a new weapon from The Sideways and return with Halloween tricks. A special mode for a limited time is also returning …
During this cubic chaos, there will also be missions to complete for spooky rewards.
The creepiest edition of Short Nite yet
Fortnitemares will conclude with a new edition of Short Nite. For this spooky edition, the Quantum Builds community creator team will welcome attendees to a special movie theater! Each short film will have its own movie theater, but you can also go to the festival hall to see them all in a loop.
