What series to watch this weekend on Netflix, Disney + and HBO Max: Ricky Gervais, Zendaya and what we do in the shadows

We are in the middle of January 2022 with a cold wave and with the accumulated incidence breaking records. That is why the best thing will be to stay in each one enjoying these three series that we bring you with great affection. Let’s do it.

The year has started off on the right foot and we have said goodbye to Christmas. It’s hard, but after Three Kings Day, the Christmas season is over. Although many of us have post-traumatic syndrome.

A newspaper editor trying to come to terms with the death of his wife adopts a new attitude in an attempt to alienate those who are trying to help him.

With this series, the humorist Ricky Gervais touched the sky at the fiction level and since then, with the premiere, the world of comedy has come to a standstill. They just released the third season on Netflix and it’s well worth it.

Euphoria (Season 2)

Euphoria is an American teen drama television series based on the Israeli series of the same name created by Ron Leshem and Daphna Levin.

And, although this is how Wikipedia defines it, what matters about this series is that it is where Zendaya plays one of her best roles, which has impacted half the world. Drugs, moral dilemmas. One of the greats of our time. The second season has just arrived on HBO Max.

What we do in the shadows

A glimpse into the daily lives of four vampires who have lived together for hundreds of years. After a visit from their dark lord and leader, they are reminded of the purpose for which they came to New York City over a century ago.

It is a work of art that emerged from an indie film that ended up being one of those cult films that are born unintentionally. They just put the first two seasons on Disney Plus.
