Again and again there are rumors and supposed leaks that the GTA 6 release is imminent. Now leakers have to deal with death threats because of this.

New York – Fans have been waiting for GTA 6 for years and are getting more and more impatient. Since Rockstar Games officially announced that the next GTA title is already in development, the hype about the game has increased rapidly. After all, it wasn’t clear for a long time whether fans would ever see GTA 6 at all. Leaks and rumors about the game are a dime a dozen. Recently, fans were so frustrated that alleged leakers even received death threats.

Since it was officially known that the developer from New York is really working on the next Grand Theft Auto, fans want to see a trailer as soon as possible and, of course, find out a release date. Also on Twitter there are always supposed news about GTA 6.

Then, on Friday, May 13th, GTA 6 was suddenly trending on the Twitter charts. The big reveal is supposed to take place on the same day. This was posted by the Twitter account “GTA 6 NEWS & LEAKS”, which has now made its profile private. The tweet probably contained a photo announcing a GTA 6 event for 4 p.m. German time. But the big reveal of GTA 6 didn’t materialize. Instead, yesterday Rockstar Games announced a special Max Payne 3 10th Anniversary Soundtrack.

Leaker receives death threats: Where the Twitter account GTA 6 NEWS & LEAKS got the information about “GTA 6 Reveal” is unknown. However, after the leak turned out to be false, the site and another insider are struggling. GTA 6 NEWS & LEAKS has set his account to private for unknown reasons. The insider BOCO also, but gives reasons for this:

Although the supposed insider BOCO had not shared any information about the alleged GTA 6 reveal, he is now receiving death threats and is struggling with insults and hatred.
