Destiny 2: Season of the Lost: Tracing the Stars quest guide

[ad_1]

Destiny 2: Season of the Lost comes with a new mission, Tracing the Stars. While it starts out as a legendary quest, based on the name, it seems likely that it could be the source of Ager’s Scepter Exotic Trace Rifle.

The mission will take several weeks to complete, and each new stage of the mission will reset each week. The end of the first week’s mission shows another three deposit points, so it looks like the mission could end on September 14.

To begin Tracing the Stars, you will need to complete the Season of the Lost opening missions and unlock the HELM. Enter and interact with the compass on Awoken’s wing. You can add the mission to your inventory from that menu.

Tracing the stars 1

Once you pick up Tracing the Stars 1 from the compass, go through the portal and talk to Mara. She will send you to collect five Atlas Skews around Dreaming City. This week, you’ll have to look around the Divalian Mists, the backbone of Keres, and inside the lost sector of Drowned Bay.

This first stage will provide you with a Stasis hand cannon, the Vulpecula.

For this Atlas Skew, generate in the Divalian Mists and head left towards Rheasilvia. But instead of following the path and entering the cave, fall off the cliff turn left and land on the small outcrop.

From the Spawn of Divalian Mists, walk forward like you’re moving towards it Cesspool. Instead of climbing the cliff and entering the heart of the City of Dreams, stay below and enter the little cave near the stairs.

Head towards Rheasilvia again, but this time turn left and follow the cave to the Oracle and the scattered islands on the left side of the map. When you get to the Oracle, go up the stairs until you reach the top of the tower.

Take the Skewed atlas at the bottom of the stairs and jump back to the Oracle tower. No head back to the Divalian Mists this time.

At the base of the Oracle tower, head further away from the Divalian Mists and in the islands where you first fell into it Dream city during the Abandoned campaign – the leftmost side of the map. Move along the islands until you reach a tree.

Grab the final Skewed atlas and launch the special “A hollow coronation”Mission at HELM.

When you land, listen to Mara and walk forward. Pour your Atlas Skews into the Atlas Terminal on the left. Go back to the normal version of HELM and contact the Compass again.

Pick up your new candy Stasis Hand Cannon and come back next week!
