Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition: The new edition is missing more than 40 songs

Today, Thursday, November 11th, 2021, the new edition GTA Trilogy – Definitive Edition for the PC and several consoles will be launched. It is a collection of the popular games GTA 3, GTA: San Andreas and GTA: Vice City in a slightly revised version. However, if you were looking forward to the cool music of the three action game classics, you might be a little disappointed. In total, compared to the originals, more than 40 songs are missing from the individual radio stations.

While all the songs are available in the new edition of GTA 3, you have to make some compromises with the other two GTA episodes. Among other things, songs by 2Pac, Ozzy Osbourne and Michael Jackson are missing. Nevertheless, the all-clear can be given: The track lists for the three games still contain well over 200 songs on 29 radio stations and thus correspond to the last release versions from 2014, in which tracks were already removed for licensing reasons. We have put together an overview of the missing songs for you below.
