Animal Crossing DLC: Giant Dino Is Having Problems Decorating? Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that!

A certain dinosaur skeleton goes completely through the roof when decorating.

Although Update 2.0 for Animal Crossing: New Horizons was published a few weeks ago, the community is still discovering new features and interesting details. A particularly resourceful fan has now made a new discovery in the paid Happy Home Paradise DLC when he wanted to furnish a client’s holiday home.

With your head through the ceiling

What was discovered On Reddit shows User Upperclassholewhat he discovered while decorating in the Happy Home Paradise DLC. When he wanted to place the Brachiosaurus skeleton, he had the idea to see if the big dinosaur even fits into the house:

As can be seen in the picture, the skull of the skeleton protrudes through the ceiling and no longer fits on the same floor. Instead of the skull, a black hole can be seen in the ceiling through which the bones protrude. And that doesn’t just look like a mistake, it is intentional.

How did the user discover that? Thanks to Update 2.0, it is now possible to look around Animal Crossing from the first person’s perspective using the pro camera. As a result, the detail has now been found for the first time.

You can find out what other innovations Update 2.0 brings with it in the following GamePro article:

The detail proves how much effort the development team puts into the game. It is probably only the first in a series to be discovered. There are probably other little things that show how much love there is in the game.

The community is of course burning two particularly important questions. On the one hand, there is the question of whether the skull would continue on the upper floor. Unfortunately, the thread creator can only deliver bad news:

I did this on the top floor but after trying it at home it doesn’t seem to work 🙁

The community also wants to know if there is another item of similar size that would stick through the ceiling. So far, however, no other item has been found that has the same effect as the already extinct Brachiosaurus.

Unfortunately, this detail only works in the paid Happy Home Paradise DLC. When the user wanted to try the trick on his own island, it could not be reproduced. All important information about the Happy Home Paradise DLC can be found in GamePro review article.
