Halo: No joke – the Master Chief pees in his armor

Tea bagging is a popular way of taunting opponents in first-person shooters. But if the Master Chief or other Spartans crouch down, that can have a completely different meaning, as we have now learned. The novel Halo: Glasslands explains why anyone who wears Mjolnir armor never needs a toilet (via Polygon).

This is how the Master Chief does his business

You must have guessed it by now: yes, the Master Chief pees in his suit. But the fun doesn’t stop there. Just like in the sci-fi epic Dune, the urine is recycled and made potable water. That’s disgusting at the same time, but of course also practical when you’re stuck in a never-ending battle and can’t get out of your suit.

The whole thing is official canon, by the way, and has been confirmed by Franchise Director Frank O’Connor. What happens to feces isn’t explained, however, so feel free to come up with your own theories.

Another example of how useful body exudates can be is Death Stranding. Protagonist Sam Porter can not only make grenades from his urine. The yellow beam even drives away the dangerous BTs and causes mushrooms to shoot up.

Does the Master Chief stink? The hygiene system of the Mjolnir armor catches the urine, but does not prevent the chief from stinking over time. According to O’Connor, the hero smells pretty bad. After all, he spends days or even weeks in his suit.

The Master Chief comes on TV: In the coming year, the Halo series will finally be broadcast, about which rumors have been circulating for a very long time. The first teaser trailer for the production was released a few days ago. Will we then also see the Master Chief pee in his suit?

Maybe the Halo Infinite campaign will give us new insights into the chief’s hygiene?

Halo Infinite News:

This is how it continues with Halo Infinite

Halo Infinite’s multiplayer has been available for a few days, and since the component is Free2Play, you can start right away. The first event is already at the start. Fracture: Tenrai not only gives you a second Battle Pass, but also brings extremely cool samurai armor with it.

Unfortunately, we have to wait a little longer for the campaign. In about two weeks, on December 8th, the time will come and the Master Chief’s next adventure will begin. Even if we now look at our hero with a little different eyes.
