Massive bugs paralyze the Pacific event in CoD Warzone and Vanguard – fans ask: “Why?”

In Call of Duty: Vanguard and the Warzone should actually make an event buck for the upcoming Pacific map in Warzone. What kind of event was that? In the multiplayer mode of CoD Vanguard as well as in the Warzone, a special event for the new Pacific map should have started in Warzone on November 24, 2021. In “Secrets of the Pacfic” 12 challenges should actually be offered in both games. For example, in Warzone you had to visit certain places.

There was also double XP tokens and the opportunity to earn a special legendary blueprint for the powerful STG44 assault rifle.

So players were already in a good mood and motivated on the evening of November 24th and wanted to get started. But then everything turned out differently.

What went wrong Massive gaming problems ruined everyone’s fun. The event could hardly be played, the game should always be smeared. The reason for this has not been clearly clarified. Some players said the notorious attack dogs were to blame, because the crash would always have occurred if someone had let go of the dogs.

According to other reports, it should not have been the dogs, but something else. The developers could not identify the error immediately either and therefore had to throw in the towel. After less than an hour, the event and the associated challenges had to be taken out of the game.

What do the players say? A lot of players get really upset on Twitter. It is not clear to them how an event that consists of only a dozen challenges can cause such massive problems.

Imagine adding an “event” to the game that literally doesn’t change the gameplay or anything, and still manage to destroy the game.

It also upsets a lot of people that something in Vanguard is constantly broken or just annoying. So it still upsets a player that you can summon the already annoying dogs several times because an item is buggy.

What do the developers say? The developers have announced via Twitter that they are on the matter and will work on a solution as soon as possible. They would be in touch when everything works again.

However, they are running out of time, because the event should only run until December 8, 2021. Because then the new Pacific map in the Warzone should finally go online and Vanguard merge with Warzone.
