One of the most popular games on Steam is now coming to Xbox Game Pass

There’s movement in Xbox Game Pass every month, and there are some new highlights coming in December. So you can look forward to Stardew Valley, a mixture of role play and simulation. It’s in the top 10 best rated games on Steam. But the new shooter Halo Infinite is also included.

What are the highlights in December? The three most interesting games coming to Xbox Game Pass right now are:

• Stardew Valley, which is one of the most popular games on Steam with over 400,000 reviews, 98% of which are positive (currently 6th). It will be released on December 2nd for cloud, console and PC.
• Halo Infinite, the new shooter from Microsoft, the multiplayer of which can already be played for free. The single player, which has to be purchased separately, will be released on December 8th for cloud, console and PC.
• Aliens: Fireteam Elite, a co-op shooter that is 83% rated positively on Steam. It comes into the pass on December 14th for all three platforms.

What are the rest of the games? A total of 13 games are included in the pass:

Stardew Valley is a game to relax and unwind

What kind of game is that? Stardew Valley is an RPG that was inspired by the classic Harvest Moon. You inherit your grandfather’s farm and try to survive with the proceeds from that farm. However, the yard is pretty shabby.

So you have to clear the fields of weeds and instead plant food, cut down trees that stand in your way and breed animals.

However, you have to plan your day carefully, because if you don’t lie in bed shortly after midnight, you fall over from tiredness on the spot and, with a little bad luck, can even be robbed.

However, Stardew Valley is always a fair and relaxed game. You do not lose anything permanently and your farm does not go bankrupt just because you did not collect the harvest in time. In fact, the game invites you to relax and discover, which is why Cortyn from MeinMMO also recommended it for the stressful time during Corona:

How many players are you traveling with? Stardew Valley can be played alone, but also in co-op with up to 3 other players. The other players can choose to take care of the same or other tasks on the farm. However, the time passes a little faster in multiplayer, which can be a bit annoying.

Was kostet Stardew Valley? On Steam you currently pay 13.99 euros for the game. You will get it for free from December 2nd via the Xbox Game Pass.

What is Xbox Game Pass anyway? This is a subscription that gives you access to hundreds of games. In the meantime, games even appear in Game Pass as soon as they are released, such as the last shooter Outriders or Halo Infinite soon.
