Friendly Fire 7 with Gronkh, PietSmiet and Co starts tomorrow on Twitch – what happens there?
One of the most famous German charity events on Twitch goes into the seventh round: Friendly Fire. The streamers Gronkh, PietSmiet and many more have been collecting donations for a good cause for 7 years. MeinMMO tells you everything you need to know about the event.

This is friendly fire: The main focus of the charity event is of course to raise money for various clubs. However, all participants and organizers put out proper guns to amuse the spectators meanwhile.
Until 3 a.m. people gamble, play party games and entertain the viewers with funny things.
The challenges in particular are always a highlight for all donors. Because when a certain amount is reached, a participant of the event has to fulfill a task. This should motivate the donor to work towards an amount.
Last year, Peter Smits’ “Betonlocke” was the absolute highlight: the audience donated what they could to give Peter a new hairstyle. You have to know: his hairstyle is his sanctuary, his belongings, which he has always styled the same way for years. Everyone wanted to know what he looks like with a different hairstyle (via Twitter).
Sometimes participants also have to dress up and take on the role for fun:
Where does the event take place? Friendly Fire will be broadcast live on the Twitch channel by streamer Gronkh this year (via Twitch).
When does the event start? Tomorrow, December 4th at 2 p.m., the Friendly Fire pre-show begins. The real event starts at 3 p.m. The event then ends after about 12 hours of broadcasting time.

In addition, every 8th euro goes to the friendly fire emergency fund. The purpose of the fund is to ensure that donations can be made during the year in the event of a sudden emergency. Betterplace takes care of the safekeeping of the collected amount, but the Friendly Fire team decides where the money will ultimately be donated to if it is necessary.
