The rumor mill about big announcements is boiling. And 5 of them could become a reality.

The year 2021 was full of big game shows and live streams. E3, gamescom, showcases of great developers … but not all of them really had a lot of great calibers with them. That should look different with the Game Awards 2021, because presenter Geoff Keighley is already heating up the rumor mill. It was previously said that we would be shown 40 to 50 games at the event – and four or five of them should be the caliber of an Elden Ring.

Big announcements are on the way

Show host Geoff Keighley recently spoke about Elden Ring’s presentation at Summer Game Fest, which in June was undoubtedly the highlight of the evening. In this context, he insisted on fueling the hype for the Game Awards.

At the Game Awards there are probably four or five things at this level. I can’t wait to show this to people.

Although this claim is of course quite vague at first, it also continues to fuel fan hopes. There are numerous rumors circulating about reveals The Last of Us, Breath of the Wild 2 or Starfield and Elder Scrolls 6. With four to five major announcements, the chances are good some candidates will be shown on December 9th. We have summarized all the games and rumors that have already been confirmed here:
