Pokémon GO: Kyurem Counter-Guide – The best attackers in 2021 in a raid

Where can you find Kyurem? Kyurem will replace Reshiram and Zekrom in the legendary level 5 raids today, December 16, and will be there for two weeks from now on.

It’s not the first time that you can catch Kyurem in Pokémon GO, but for the first time the dragon is also available in its dazzling form.

How long can you catch Kyurem? The legendary dragon lingers in the level 5 eggs for the rest of the year. So he will be your opponent in the raids from December 16 at 10:00 a.m. local time until December 31st at 8:00 p.m.

Kyurem – The best counterattacks

Which types are effective? As for the guys, Kyurem is not just a dragon, but ice as well. That means that you get a WP-Boost through the weather in wind and snow, but be careful, then Kyurem is also stronger. Without a weather boost, the Pokémon will face you at level 43,478.

Is Kyurem Worth It?

Is there a shiny? Yes! For the first time, Kyurem can also be caught in its dazzling form in Pokémon GO. For all shiny hunters, another trip to the Kyurem raids is definitely worth it.

How strong is kyurem? You get Kyurem with the instant attacks fire breath and steel wings and the loading attacks Dragon Claw, Blizzard and Draco Meteor. Most likely you want the combination of Fire Breath and Draco Meteor so you have a good dragon attacker.

As for the values, Kyurem can score with a comparatively strong attack and good endurance. But drops a lot on the defensive and is therefore defeated relatively quickly.

Even if Kyurem can do a good job in raids, he is not one of the best attackers in 2021. In PvP, however, his speed can be used well to bring down the opponents’ shields quickly.

Is Kyurem worth it now? It’s not the first time that the Ice Dragon has been available in Pokémon GO. So if you already have a good kyurem and don’t value a dazzling form, the raids are no longer worthwhile for you.

However, if you are a Shiny hunter, you should especially take advantage of the two raid hours with Kyurem on December 22nd and 29th, because the dragon is in the game as Shiny for the first time.

But if you are only looking for the best attackers, Kyurem is less worthwhile for you.
