Sega’s hedgehog “Sonic” will soon be available as a LEGO kit

Sega’s iconic blue gaming hedgehog “Sonic” will soon appear as the star of a LEGO construction kit. After sets for “Super Mario” and “Minecraft”, the Danish building block specialist is launching a Sonic kit for collectors on the market at the beginning of January.

With a price of 70 euros, the Sonic set is not cheap, but with 1125 parts it also promises a lot of activity. When fully assembled, the set is 36 centimeters long and 17 centimeters high. If you like, you can combine several sets to create larger worlds. Functional trampoline includedThe LEGO set with the blue gaming hedgehog includes Sonic and his archenemy Dr. Robotnik, the iconic looping from the Sega classics, gold rings, opponents and even a trampoline. The latter is actually functional and can throw the LEGO Sonic upwards if desired, but the set is primarily intended for collectors, not as a toy. LEGO gives an age recommendation from 18 years, in the trailer one explains explicitly: “Adults welcome!”
