What to do when Netflix is not working on the iPhone
Netflix not working for you? Here are some useful tips
Without a doubt we all have two or three applications that we see with quite often every day. Surely one of them is a social network, another will be a news app and last but not least an entertainment platform.
Among all of them stand out one: Netflix. Little by little a hole has been made in our lives and devices to be one of the apps that more content offers on average among users. But there is nothing more annoying than, at that precise moment when you are about to see your favorite series or a movie, the app doesn’t work.
Therefore, today we bring some tips to “fix” the Netflix application when it does not work on your iPhone:
1. Restart the Netflix application
It first What we have to do is start the application again since it may start incorrectly or have errors. This is a small bug that has very easy solution:
- If your iPhone has button below the screen, tapped twice. If your iPhone has no button Below the screen, swipe up from the bottom (where the apps are pinned at the bottom).

2. Check internet connection

6. Reset network settings
We may have to reset the network settings to not have any kind of problem on our iPhone. Note that this option will erase all your saved Wi-Fi and bluetooth networks and you will have to configure them again.
For it:
- Open the app Settings on your iPhone and go to General.
- At the bottom click on Transfer or reset iPhone.
- Click on Restore and now in Reset network settings.
7. Update the Netflix app
Perhaps the application is updating in the background or have a newer version available on the App Store.
To check:
- Open the app App Store and click on your image in profile top right.
- Check that the app is not updating or that you do not have an update available.
8. Reinstalar Netflix
If none of the above solutions has been effective, delete the app and reinstall it on your device.
If it still doesn’t work, contact with the technical service from Netflix if it keeps giving you problems so they can give you another solution to the problem.
