FIFA 22 FUT: EA is still silent about the missing stadiums

In FUT there is currently only cheering in the big football temples.

FIFA 22 has been on the market for three and a half months, and there is still an important feature missing that should have been available at launch. Many football simulation fans feel cheated and EA does not see a need to comment on the matter.

That’s the problem: In FIFA, stadiums are divided into three categories, depending on their size and popularity: gold, silver and bronze. This is also the case with the FUT packs. If you buy a silver or bronze pack, you should theoretically be able to get a stadium in the same category. But that is not the case, because in FUT mode there are only gold stages so far. If you choose one of the cheaper packs, you will never get a stadium. Even though they are already available in career mode.

“No comment” from EA

As early as November we reported that fans were complaining about this fact in various forums. You feel left out in the rain by EA. in the German forum and English forum of the publisher, the development can be followed quite well. Since the release of FIFA 22 until today there have been entries asking for an update.

Initially, at least an admin answered briefly with a request for understanding, but since then the fans’ complaints have been answered with silence.

We asked for you: GamePro also checked again with EA to see where the promised content remained. Unfortunately, the only answer we got was that there was currently no official statement. That doesn’t sound like EA will ship in the coming days or weeks.

Why is that? Without an official statement, we can of course only speculate why EA does not deliver the missing stages and does not react to the community. From the outside, it seems that smaller clubs or their stadiums do not have enough pulling power to make the effort worthwhile for the publisher. The outcry from the fans still doesn’t seem big enough to force a reaction. The question slowly arises whether EA is even interested in solving the problem.
